■事件:海得控制公(gong)布2016年年報,公(gong)司實現營業(ye)收入(ru)17.48億元(yuan),同(tong)比(bi)增加0.36%;歸母凈(jing)利1,343萬(wan)元(yuan),同(tong)比(bi)減(jian)少82.76%。盈利下滑主要是由于(yu)智能制造(zao)業(ye)務(wu)和新(xin)能源業(ye)務(wu)分別下滑17.3%和8.6%且加大了在(zai)這兩(liang)項業(ye)務(wu)的市場投入(ru)所致。公(gong)司同(tong)時(shi)公(gong)告(gao),擬(ni)每10股(gu)派(pai)發(fa)現金紅(hong)利1.00元(yuan)(含稅)。
■分(fen)銷(xiao)業(ye)(ye)務(wu)依(yi)然堅(jian)挺,支(zhi)柱業(ye)(ye)務(wu)提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)信(xin)心:公(gong)司(si)(si)2016年(nian)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)電氣(qi)產品分(fen)銷(xiao)業(ye)(ye)務(wu)營業(ye)(ye)收入(ru)為94,348.81萬元,同比增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)14.78%,實(shi)現毛(mao)利11,053.63萬元,同比增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)13.93%。今年(nian)國內整體(ti)(ti)經濟行(xing),設(she)備(bei)制造(zao)業(ye)(ye)市(shi)(shi)場(chang)和投資(zi)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)市(shi)(shi)場(chang)持(chi)續(xu)低(di)迷,但(dan)是在逆境中公(gong)司(si)(si)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)電氣(qi)產品分(fen)銷(xiao)團隊通(tong)過優化經營管理流程,持(chi)續(xu)降本(ben)增(zeng)(zeng)效,實(shi)現毛(mao)利率維持(chi)同期(qi)水平,且營業(ye)(ye)收入(ru)穩步(bu)提(ti)(ti)高。公(gong)司(si)(si)該業(ye)(ye)務(wu)主要(yao)依(yi)托子公(gong)司(si)(si)海得(de)電氣(qi)科技(ji)(ji)有限公(gong)司(si)(si)作(zuo)為主體(ti)(ti),主要(yao)是為機械(xie)設(she)備(bei)制造(zao)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)OEM用戶和電力、交通(tong)、市(shi)(shi)政等項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)市(shi)(shi)場(chang)的(de)成(cheng)套(tao)商(shang)與(yu)集成(cheng)商(shang)用戶提(ti)(ti)供(gong)電氣(qi)與(yu)自動化產品的(de)配套(tao)與(yu)服(fu)務(wu)。公(gong)司(si)(si)不(bu)斷(duan)豐富可供(gong)產品種類,提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)資(zi)源配臵能(neng)力,堅(jian)持(chi)內部各(ge)級培訓制度,不(bu)斷(duan)提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)業(ye)(ye)務(wu)團隊專業(ye)(ye)銷(xiao)售(shou)能(neng)力和技(ji)(ji)術支(zhi)持(chi)能(neng)力,從而作(zuo)為公(gong)司(si)(si)支(zhi)柱業(ye)(ye)務(wu)實(shi)現穩定增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)。公(gong)司(si)(si)有信(xin)心在未(wei)來持(chi)續(xu)對產品進行(xing)革新,成(cheng)本(ben)進行(xing)控制,以期(qi)望營收和毛(mao)利雙升(sheng)。
