員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)薪酬(chou)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)較快(kuai),未來(lai)凈(jing)利(li)(li)(li)率水平存在(zai)大(da)幅(fu)提(ti)升空間。公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)是(shi)A股(gu)極(ji)少的(de)純軟件公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si),毛利(li)(li)(li)率高(gao)達93.33%,其主要成本(ben)為(wei)(wei)人員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)成本(ben)。我(wo)們將公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)管理(li)費用(yong)和(he)銷售(shou)費用(yong)中員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)薪酬(chou)進行(xing)合(he)并統計(ji)(ji),2014-2016年(nian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)薪酬(chou)合(he)計(ji)(ji)分別為(wei)(wei)8.31億、8.72億和(he)12.40億元(yuan),2016年(nian)同比增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)42.26%,大(da)幅(fu)高(gao)于(yu)2015年(nian)的(de)4.97元(yuan)。公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)2014-2016年(nian)研發費用(yong)分別為(wei)(wei)3.35億、4.35億和(he)5.0億元(yuan),2016年(nian)同比增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)14.94%,大(da)幅(fu)低于(yu)2015年(nian)的(de)29.85%。公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)2014-2016年(nian)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)數分別約(yue)為(wei)(wei)4342、4557和(he)4610人,人員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)相對平穩(wen)。綜(zong)合(he)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)人數和(he)研發投入(ru)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)速(su)趨于(yu)穩(wen)定的(de)情(qing)況下,2016年(nian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)薪酬(chou)大(da)幅(fu)上漲(zhang)將有利(li)(li)(li)于(yu)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)轉型期(qi)間激勵和(he)留住(zhu)人才,未來(lai)若員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)薪酬(chou)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)速(su)回歸到(dao)行(xing)業正常水準,公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)在(zai)收(shou)(shou)(shou)入(ru)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)的(de)同時,利(li)(li)(li)潤增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)速(su)有望加速(su)。公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)2016年(nian)凈(jing)利(li)(li)(li)率21.56%,和(he)2011年(nian)37.91%的(de)歷史最(zui)高(gao)凈(jing)利(li)(li)(li)率水平還有很大(da)提(ti)升空間。2016年(nian)收(shou)(shou)(shou)到(dao)的(de)稅費返還1.73億元(yuan),去年(nian)同期(qi)為(wei)(wei)1.64億元(yuan),考(kao)慮到(dao)2016年(nian)收(shou)(shou)(shou)入(ru)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)速(su)較高(gao),增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)值稅退稅滯后也為(wei)(wei)2017年(nian)留存空間。另(ling)外,公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)處理(li)固(gu)定資產獲益5344萬(wan)元(yuan),也有力增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)厚了業績。
