事件公(gong)司(si)發布(bu)2016年(nian)年(nian)報,2016年(nian)公(gong)司(si)實(shi)現(xian)營業(ye)收入(ru)40.85億(yi)元,同(tong)比增(zeng)長34.09%;實(shi)現(xian)營業(ye)利潤4.40億(yi)元,同(tong)比增(zeng)長348.41%;實(shi)現(xian)歸母(mu)凈利潤2.07億(yi)元,同(tong)比增(zeng)長76.97%。其中2016Q4實(shi)現(xian)營業(ye)收入(ru)11.60億(yi)元,同(tong)比增(zeng)長24.21%;當季(ji)實(shi)現(xian)歸母(mu)凈利潤6706.68萬元,同(tong)比大(da)增(zeng)317.84%。
公司以總股本8.17億股為基數(shu),向(xiang)全體股東每10股派發現金紅利(li)(li)0.20元(含稅),合計現金股利(li)(li)1633.59萬元,占當年(nian)歸母凈利(li)(li)潤7.87%。
簡評受益(yi)棉(mian)價上漲傳(chuan)導,紗(sha)線業(ye)(ye)務(wu)量價齊(qi)升,引領公司業(ye)(ye)績向好,同時新(xin)疆(jiang)棉(mian)花業(ye)(ye)務(wu)開始釋放盈利,成為公司業(ye)(ye)績又一極。
(1)紗線銷售(shou)量價齊升,新疆布(bu)局(ju)棉花業務(wu)盈利能力(li)初(chu)顯。
2016年(nian)國內(nei)(nei)棉(mian)花價格觸底反彈,公(gong)(gong)司終端紗(sha)線(xian)和坯(pi)(pi)(pi)布產品隨之(zhi)提(ti)價,年(nian)中(zhong)開始穩(wen)步上升(sheng),同(tong)(tong)時國內(nei)(nei)外的棉(mian)花價差相對平(ping)穩(wen),對公(gong)(gong)司總(zong)體經營起到提(ti)升(sheng)作用(yong)。2016年(nian)公(gong)(gong)司紗(sha)線(xian)及坯(pi)(pi)(pi)布面料依然(ran)是(shi)盈(ying)利(li)(li)主體,價格上漲帶動毛利(li)(li)率(lv)均增長,其中(zhong)紗(sha)線(xian)銷(xiao)售(shou)收入24.15億元,同(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)大增62.47%,主要(yao)由(you)于(yu)紗(sha)線(xian)銷(xiao)售(shou)同(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)大增52.42%,疊加(jia)提(ti)價導致,毛利(li)(li)率(lv)18.03%,同(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)提(ti)升(sheng)1.87%pct,坯(pi)(pi)(pi)布面料營收12.85億元,同(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)下降-8.89%,主要(yao)由(you)于(yu)坯(pi)(pi)(pi)布面料銷(xiao)量同(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)下降5.53%導致,但由(you)于(yu)坯(pi)(pi)(pi)布價格穩(wen)中(zhong)有升(sheng),推(tui)動將毛利(li)(li)率(lv)同(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)提(ti)升(sheng)1.90pct至(zhi)17.57%,。
公司(si)棉花(hua)業(ye)務隨新疆布局順利開(kai)展而(er)增長顯著,2016年營業(ye)收(shou)入達到(dao)3.11億元,同比(bi)猛增336.18%,成為公司(si)又一(yi)業(ye)績亮點。
另外公司色織面料營收6025.78萬元,同比下降(jiang)8.88%。
(2)產(chan)能擴張及研發力度(du)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)大導致(zhi)期間費(fei)用(yong)(yong)有(you)所增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)。2016年公司(si)銷售費(fei)用(yong)(yong)同(tong)比增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)54.34%,達到1.45億(yi)元(yuan),主要原因是2016年公司(si)棉紗產(chan)能增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)及運價(jia)上(shang)漲(zhang)引(yin)起運費(fei)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)。管(guan)理費(fei)用(yong)(yong)2.36億(yi)元(yuan),同(tong)比增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)29.80%,主要由公司(si)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)大研發力度(du),研發費(fei)用(yong)(yong)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)所致(zhi)。財務(wu)費(fei)用(yong)(yong)1.95億(yi)元(yuan),同(tong)比增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)11.73%。2016年公司(si)銷售費(fei)用(yong)(yong)率(lv)、管(guan)理費(fei)用(yong)(yong)率(lv)和財務(wu)費(fei)用(yong)(yong)率(lv)分別(bie)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)0.47pct、下降(jiang)0.19pct、下降(jiang)0.96pct。
