廣匯(hui)汽車(che)5月14日晚(wan)公(gong)告,為進一步優化公(gong)司(si)(si)品牌(pai)結(jie)構,加密華北地區網點覆蓋,公(gong)司(si)(si)與(yu)龐大集團(tuan)及其下屬公(gong)司(si)(si)簽署(shu)收(shou)購(gou)協議,以12.53億元收(shou)購(gou)赤峰市(shi)龐大之(zhi)星(xing)(xing)汽車(che)銷售(shou)(shou)服(fu)務有(you)限(xian)公(gong)司(si)(si)、德(de)州市(shi)龐大之(zhi)星(xing)(xing)汽車(che)銷售(shou)(shou)服(fu)務有(you)限(xian)公(gong)司(si)(si)、唐山市(shi)龐大之(zhi)星(xing)(xing)汽車(che)銷售(shou)(shou)服(fu)務有(you)限(xian)公(gong)司(si)(si)、邯鄲市(shi)龐大樂業(ye)汽車(che)銷售(shou)(shou)服(fu)務有(you)限(xian)公(gong)司(si)(si)、濟南龐大之(zhi)星(xing)(xing)汽車(che)銷售(shou)(shou)服(fu)務有(you)限(xian)公(gong)司(si)(si)五家奔(ben)馳4S店100%股權(quan)。
