新華社(she)西(xi)安10月(yue)7日(ri)電(dian)(記者毛海峰)“十一(yi)”黃(huang)金(jin)周期(qi)間,有成千上(shang)萬架次航班運行在東起上(shang)海、西(xi)至新疆(jiang)的(de)“絲(si)綢(chou)之(zhi)(zhi)路(lu)”空中(zhong)大(da)通(tong)道中(zhong),并進(jin)出中(zhong)亞、西(xi)亞、歐洲等“一(yi)帶一(yi)路(lu)”沿(yan)線國家。西(xi)北作為這(zhe)條空中(zhong)大(da)通(tong)道的(de)樞紐,一(yi)頭連著最發(fa)達(da)的(de)東部沿(yan)海地區,一(yi)頭往西(xi)通(tong)向世界,保(bao)障著這(zhe)條橫貫(guan)國內東西(xi)航路(lu)的(de)空中(zhong)“絲(si)綢(chou)之(zhi)(zhi)路(lu)”的(de)暢通(tong)運行。
兩千多年來,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)“絲綢之路”有海陸兩道(dao),近(jin)年來隨著中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)提出“一(yi)帶一(yi)路”倡議(yi),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)民用(yong)航空(kong)局(ju)(ju)空(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)交通管理局(ju)(ju)(簡稱民航局(ju)(ju)空(kong)管局(ju)(ju))積極(ji)推進橫貫中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)東西航路的“絲綢之路”空(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)大道(dao)通建設。這(zhe)條大通道(dao)東起(qi)上海及(ji)江浙,經過華(hua)東、華(hua)北、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)南、西北地區(qu),一(yi)路向西直(zhi)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)哈、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)吉(ji)國(guo)(guo)境(jing)點,沿途(tu)惠及(ji)10省1市1自治區(qu)共69個機場(chang),是中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)“長三角”經濟圈與“一(yi)帶一(yi)路”緊密相連的重要空(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)走(zou)廊。
西北是建設這條空(kong)(kong)中(zhong)大(da)通(tong)道的(de)主力軍。今年7月20日(ri),陜甘青地區(qu)空(kong)(kong)域(yu)調整方案正式實施(shi),對西北空(kong)(kong)域(yu)內(nei)的(de)空(kong)(kong)中(zhong)干線進行雙向平行化(hua)改造,打造一(yi)條連接新疆地區(qu)與中(zhong)東部(bu)地區(qu)的(de)大(da)容量通(tong)道。方案中(zhong),新開辟國(guo)(guo)際國(guo)(guo)內(nei)航線共8條,總(zong)里程近(jin)2500公里,同(tong)時,21條國(guo)(guo)際國(guo)(guo)內(nei)航線的(de)走向得(de)到優化(hua),每天由(you)華東、華北往返(fan)西北、歐洲(zhou)的(de)700余架次(ci)航班由(you)此受益。
9月14日,又隨著蘭(lan)州至上海(hai)的(de)(de)空中大(da)通(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)開通(tong)(tong)(tong)后,上海(hai)到新疆(jiang)的(de)(de)“絲綢之路”空中大(da)通(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)正(zheng)式全線貫通(tong)(tong)(tong),這是中國(guo)迄今(jin)為止最長的(de)(de)一條東西向(xiang)運(yun)行雙通(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)航(hang)(hang)(hang)線。雙通(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)航(hang)(hang)(hang)線的(de)(de)布局類似于公路交通(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)雙向(xiang)通(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)設(she)計,雙向(xiang)通(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)之間(jian)有(you)(you)一定的(de)(de)間(jian)隔,能夠大(da)大(da)減(jian)少(shao)對頭飛行的(de)(de)航(hang)(hang)(hang)班(ban)(ban)相(xiang)互穿越帶來的(de)(de)運(yun)行風險,同時有(you)(you)條件提升航(hang)(hang)(hang)班(ban)(ban)運(yun)行效率(lv)。
民航局空管局空域中(zhong)(zhong)心副主任諸小鷹介紹說,“絲綢(chou)之(zhi)(zhi)路(lu)(lu)”空中(zhong)(zhong)大(da)通道(dao)的(de)全線(xian)貫通具有里程碑式的(de)意(yi)義。這條大(da)通道(dao)調整的(de)航路(lu)(lu)航線(xian)之(zhi)(zhi)多(duo)、幅度之(zhi)(zhi)大(da)、影響(xiang)范圍之(zhi)(zhi)廣堪稱民航空中(zhong)(zhong)大(da)通道(dao)建設以來之(zhi)(zhi)最,這標(biao)志(zhi)著(zhu)(zhu)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)民航航路(lu)(lu)網(wang)絡結構的(de)進(jin)一步完(wan)善,也(ye)標(biao)志(zhi)著(zhu)(zhu)民航空管打(da)造航路(lu)(lu)航線(xian)集群大(da)通道(dao)格局邁上了新的(de)臺階。
據了(le)解(jie),今年 “十(shi)一”黃金周期(qi)間,這(zhe)條(tiao)大(da)通(tong)道發揮出了(le)巨大(da)的(de)作用,僅上(shang)海至蘭州(zhou)段的(de)區域(yu)飛行容量就提高了(le)17%,安全性提升了(le)22.6%。據估算,西(xi)(xi)北的(de)中(zhong)(zhong)樞機(ji)場——西(xi)(xi)安咸陽國(guo)際機(ji)場,在(zai)這(zhe)短短八天內(nei)輸(shu)送(song)旅客將(jiang)達到近百萬人次。展望未來,民航(hang)西(xi)(xi)北地區空(kong)管(guan)局表示,西(xi)(xi)北今后將(jiang)進一步充分(fen)挖掘和(he)開發城(cheng)市(shi)群上(shang)空(kong)東西(xi)(xi)走向為(wei)主體的(de)骨干國(guo)際國(guo)內(nei)航(hang)路(lu)及(ji)省會城(cheng)市(shi)支線航(hang)線網絡資源, 托起安全水平、承載(zai)能力和(he)服(fu)務(wu)品質更(geng)高的(de)“絲(si)綢之(zhi)路(lu)”空(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)大(da)通(tong)道。
