國家(jia)統計(ji)(ji)局發布數(shu)據(ju),1-5月,服務(wu)(wu)業(ye)生產指數(shu)同比增長(chang)8.1%,增速比1-4月加快0.1個百分點。國家(jia)統計(ji)(ji)局服務(wu)(wu)業(ye)司(si)司(si)長(chang)許劍(jian)毅解讀,今年以(yi)來,隨著(zhu)供給(gei)側結(jie)構性改革(ge)深入推進和消費升(sheng)級加快,我國服務(wu)(wu)業(ye)持續保持較快增長(chang)態勢,現代服務(wu)(wu)業(ye)發展勢頭強勁,服務(wu)(wu)業(ye)企業(ye)營業(ye)收入增長(chang)加快,市場預期繼續向(xiang)好。
——服務業增長加快,現代服務業貢獻提升
5月份(fen),服務業生產(chan)指(zhi)數(shu)同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)8.1%,增(zeng)速比(bi)上(shang)(shang)月上(shang)(shang)升0.1個(ge)百分(fen)點(dian),與上(shang)(shang)年同(tong)期持平,已(yi)連(lian)續5個(ge)月保持在8%以上(shang)(shang)。1-5月,服務業生產(chan)指(zhi)數(shu)同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)8.1%,增(zeng)速比(bi)1-4月加快(kuai)0.1個(ge)百分(fen)點(dian)。
從主要行業看,5月(yue)(yue)份(fen),信(xin)息傳輸(shu)、軟件和(he)信(xin)息技術服(fu)務(wu)業持(chi)(chi)續高(gao)速(su)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang),增(zeng)(zeng)速(su)高(gao)達30%以上(shang)(shang),且呈不斷提(ti)高(gao)態勢,對服(fu)務(wu)業生(sheng)產(chan)指數增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)的貢(gong)獻已連續3個(ge)(ge)(ge)月(yue)(yue)超過3個(ge)(ge)(ge)百(bai)(bai)分點(dian),是服(fu)務(wu)業快(kuai)(kuai)速(su)發展的最主要動力;租(zu)賃和(he)商務(wu)服(fu)務(wu)業保(bao)持(chi)(chi)兩位數較(jiao)(jiao)快(kuai)(kuai)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang),增(zeng)(zeng)速(su)比上(shang)(shang)年同(tong)期提(ti)高(gao)2.5個(ge)(ge)(ge)百(bai)(bai)分點(dian);交通運輸(shu)、倉(cang)儲和(he)郵政業,金融業,房地產(chan)業增(zeng)(zeng)速(su)較(jiao)(jiao)上(shang)(shang)月(yue)(yue)加(jia)快(kuai)(kuai)。5月(yue)(yue)份(fen),全(quan)社會(hui)貨運量同(tong)比增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)8.5%,增(zeng)(zeng)速(su)比上(shang)(shang)月(yue)(yue)加(jia)快(kuai)(kuai)1.1個(ge)(ge)(ge)百(bai)(bai)分點(dian);鐵路貨運量同(tong)比增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)11.8%,比上(shang)(shang)月(yue)(yue)加(jia)快(kuai)(kuai)10.4個(ge)(ge)(ge)百(bai)(bai)分點(dian);服(fu)務(wu)業用(yong)電量同(tong)比增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)15.3%[1],比上(shang)(shang)月(yue)(yue)加(jia)快(kuai)(kuai)4.5個(ge)(ge)(ge)百(bai)(bai)分點(dian)。
5月(yue)份,以互(hu)聯網和相(xiang)關(guan)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)為(wei)代(dai)表的現代(dai)新(xin)(xin)興服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)[2]拉動作用繼(ji)續(xu)增強,現代(dai)新(xin)(xin)興服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)對(dui)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生產(chan)增長(chang)(chang)的貢(gong)獻率(lv)(lv)達到(dao)56.8%,高(gao)(gao)于上月(yue)0.2個(ge)百(bai)(bai)(bai)分點(dian),高(gao)(gao)于上年同期17.9個(ge)百(bai)(bai)(bai)分點(dian),拉動服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生產(chan)指數(shu)增長(chang)(chang)4.6個(ge)百(bai)(bai)(bai)分點(dian)。1-4月(yue),規(gui)模以上服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)中信息傳輸、軟(ruan)件和信息技術服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),交通運(yun)輸、倉儲和郵政業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),租(zu)賃(lin)和商務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),科(ke)學(xue)研究和技術服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)四個(ge)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)拉動營(ying)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)收(shou)入(ru)同比(bi)(bi)增長(chang)(chang)12.5個(ge)百(bai)(bai)(bai)分點(dian),對(dui)增長(chang)(chang)的貢(gong)獻率(lv)(lv)達到(dao)90.3%。戰(zhan)略(lve)性(xing)新(xin)(xin)興服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)營(ying)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)收(shou)入(ru)同比(bi)(bi)增長(chang)(chang)18.2%,增速(su)(su)比(bi)(bi)上年同期上升3.1個(ge)百(bai)(bai)(bai)分點(dian)。其(qi)中,信息技術咨詢服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)營(ying)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)收(shou)入(ru)同比(bi)(bi)增長(chang)(chang)38.2%,互(hu)聯網信息服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)營(ying)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)收(shou)入(ru)同比(bi)(bi)增長(chang)(chang)32.5%,軟(ruan)件開發(fa)營(ying)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)收(shou)入(ru)同比(bi)(bi)增長(chang)(chang)24.0%,均顯著高(gao)(gao)于規(gui)模以上服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)營(ying)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)收(shou)入(ru)平均增速(su)(su)。
——服務業企業經營收入增長加快,利潤穩定增長
1-4月,規(gui)模(mo)以上服務(wu)業(ye)(ye)企業(ye)(ye)營業(ye)(ye)收(shou)入(ru)同(tong)(tong)比增長13.8%,增速(su)比上年同(tong)(tong)期(qi)加(jia)快1.4個(ge)百分點,比1-3月加(jia)快0.2個(ge)百分點,延續了較快增長態勢。10個(ge)服務(wu)業(ye)(ye)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)門(men)類(lei)(lei)中有9個(ge)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)營業(ye)(ye)收(shou)入(ru)保(bao)持(chi)兩(liang)位數增長;8個(ge)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)門(men)類(lei)(lei)營業(ye)(ye)收(shou)入(ru)同(tong)(tong)比增速(su)高于(yu)上年同(tong)(tong)期(qi)。
分(fen)地(di)(di)(di)區(qu)看,東(dong)中西部地(di)(di)(di)區(qu)服(fu)務(wu)業(ye)營業(ye)收入(ru)均呈穩定較(jiao)快(kuai)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)勢頭(tou)。1-4月,西部地(di)(di)(di)區(qu)規模以上(shang)(shang)服(fu)務(wu)業(ye)企業(ye)營業(ye)收入(ru)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)最快(kuai),同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)14.7%,比(bi)上(shang)(shang)年(nian)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)期加(jia)快(kuai)1.1個百分(fen)點;東(dong)部地(di)(di)(di)區(qu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)13.9%,比(bi)上(shang)(shang)年(nian)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)期加(jia)快(kuai)1.9個百分(fen)點;中部地(di)(di)(di)區(qu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)速略有回落,但(dan)依然達到(dao)13.8%;東(dong)北地(di)(di)(di)區(qu)營業(ye)收入(ru)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)8.3%,比(bi)上(shang)(shang)年(nian)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)期加(jia)快(kuai)1.1個百分(fen)點。
1-4月,規模以上服務(wu)業(ye)(ye)企業(ye)(ye)營業(ye)(ye)利(li)潤(run)(run)同(tong)比增(zeng)長8.4%。10個(ge)(ge)服務(wu)業(ye)(ye)行業(ye)(ye)門(men)(men)類全部實現盈利(li);5個(ge)(ge)行業(ye)(ye)門(men)(men)類營業(ye)(ye)利(li)潤(run)(run)同(tong)比增(zeng)加,且利(li)潤(run)(run)增(zeng)速都達到兩(liang)位數以上;5個(ge)(ge)行業(ye)(ye)門(men)(men)類營業(ye)(ye)利(li)潤(run)(run)同(tong)比增(zeng)速快(kuai)于上年(nian)同(tong)期(qi),6個(ge)(ge)行業(ye)(ye)門(men)(men)類同(tong)比增(zeng)速快(kuai)于1-3月。
——服務消費勢頭強勁,服務業發展前景看好
當前我國已進入消(xiao)費結(jie)構(gou)加快升級(ji)(ji)的新(xin)階段,不斷升級(ji)(ji)的消(xiao)費需求(qiu)有力地拉(la)動了服務業增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)。1-4月(yue),全(quan)國移(yi)動互(hu)聯(lian)網接入流(liu)量累計達(da)到(dao)156.9億G,同(tong)比(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)192.2%。1-5月(yue),全(quan)國網上零售額32690.6億元,同(tong)比(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)30.7% ;全(quan)國電影票(piao)房收入達(da)到(dao)284.5億元,同(tong)比(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)22.4%。“五一”期間,國內旅(lv)游收入達(da)到(dao)871.6億元,同(tong)比(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)10.2%。
5月份(fen),服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)商(shang)務(wu)(wu)活動指(zhi)數(shu)(shu)為54.0%,比上(shang)月上(shang)升0.2個(ge)百(bai)分(fen)點,高(gao)于上(shang)年(nian)同期(qi)0.5個(ge)百(bai)分(fen)點。航空運輸、郵(you)政(zheng)快遞、電信、互(hu)聯網(wang)軟件等(deng)與消費密切相關的行業(ye)(ye)(ye)商(shang)務(wu)(wu)活動指(zhi)數(shu)(shu)持續位于60.0%以上(shang)的高(gao)位景(jing)氣區間,擴張勢(shi)頭強(qiang)勁;零售、住宿(su)等(deng)傳統行業(ye)(ye)(ye)商(shang)務(wu)(wu)活動指(zhi)數(shu)(shu)高(gao)于服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)總體水平。5月份(fen),服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)新訂單指(zhi)數(shu)(shu)達到了(le)50.4%,較(jiao)上(shang)月上(shang)升0.1個(ge)百(bai)分(fen)點,表明(ming)市場需求(qiu)(qiu)保持擴張。隨(sui)著放管服(fu)(fu)改革(ge)不斷深化(hua)和供給側結構性改革(ge)成(cheng)效累積(ji)顯現,服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)需求(qiu)(qiu)將進一(yi)步增(zeng)強(qiang),服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)發展將保持平穩較(jiao)快發展態(tai)勢(shi)。
