國家統計局:消費結構優化升級

  中證網訊(記者(zhe) 連潤(run))國家統計局(ju)10月11日發布的“黨的十(shi)八(ba)(ba)大(da)以(yi)來經濟社會發展成就系(xi)列報(bao)告(gao)之十(shi)九”顯示,黨的十(shi)八(ba)(ba)大(da)以(yi)來,各地區(qu)各部門(men)認真落實擴大(da)居(ju)民消(xiao)費的各項政策措施(shi),持續完善消(xiao)費市場(chang)環境,有(you)效促(cu)進了居(ju)民消(xiao)費增長,城鄉居(ju)民消(xiao)費水平持續提高,消(xiao)費結構優化升級(ji)。 

  消費水平持續提高,消費能力不斷增強。報告顯示,2021年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)全(quan)國居(ju)民(min)人(ren)(ren)均(jun)(jun)消費(fei)支(zhi)出24100元(yuan)(yuan),比2012年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)的12054元(yuan)(yuan)增(zeng)加12046元(yuan)(yuan),人(ren)(ren)均(jun)(jun)消費(fei)支(zhi)出累(lei)計名(ming)(ming)(ming)義增(zeng)長99.9%,年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)均(jun)(jun)名(ming)(ming)(ming)義增(zeng)長8.0%,扣除(chu)價(jia)格因素,累(lei)計實(shi)(shi)際增(zeng)長67.4%,年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)均(jun)(jun)實(shi)(shi)際增(zeng)長5.9%。分城(cheng)鄉(xiang)看,城(cheng)鎮居(ju)民(min)人(ren)(ren)均(jun)(jun)消費(fei)支(zhi)出30307元(yuan)(yuan),比2012年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)累(lei)計名(ming)(ming)(ming)義增(zeng)長77.2%,年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)均(jun)(jun)名(ming)(ming)(ming)義增(zeng)長6.6%,扣除(chu)價(jia)格因素,累(lei)計實(shi)(shi)際增(zeng)長47.9%,年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)均(jun)(jun)實(shi)(shi)際增(zeng)長4.4%;農村居(ju)民(min)人(ren)(ren)均(jun)(jun)消費(fei)支(zhi)出15916元(yuan)(yuan),比2012年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)累(lei)計名(ming)(ming)(ming)義增(zeng)長138.7%,年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)均(jun)(jun)名(ming)(ming)(ming)義增(zeng)長10.2%,扣除(chu)價(jia)格因素,累(lei)計實(shi)(shi)際增(zeng)長99.7%,年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)均(jun)(jun)實(shi)(shi)際增(zeng)長8.0%。

  恩格爾系數逐步下降,生活品質不斷提高。報告顯示,2021年(nian)(nian)全國居(ju)(ju)民(min)人(ren)均(jun)(jun)食品煙酒支出(chu)7178元(yuan)(yuan),比2012年(nian)(nian)增(zeng)長80.2%,年(nian)(nian)均(jun)(jun)增(zeng)長6.8%。食品煙酒支出(chu)占消費支出(chu)的(de)(de)(de)比重(恩格(ge)爾系數)從(cong)2012年(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)(de)33.0%下(xia)降至2021年(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)(de)29.8%,下(xia)降3.2個(ge)百(bai)分(fen)點(dian)。分(fen)城(cheng)鄉看,城(cheng)鎮(zhen)居(ju)(ju)民(min)人(ren)均(jun)(jun)食品煙酒支出(chu)8678元(yuan)(yuan),比2012年(nian)(nian)增(zeng)長58.6%,年(nian)(nian)均(jun)(jun)增(zeng)長5.3%;城(cheng)鎮(zhen)居(ju)(ju)民(min)恩格(ge)爾系數從(cong)2012年(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)(de)32.0%下(xia)降至2021年(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)(de)28.6%,下(xia)降3.4個(ge)百(bai)分(fen)點(dian)。農(nong)村居(ju)(ju)民(min)人(ren)均(jun)(jun)食品煙酒支出(chu)5200元(yuan)(yuan),比2012年(nian)(nian)增(zeng)長117.2%,年(nian)(nian)均(jun)(jun)增(zeng)長9.0%;農(nong)村居(ju)(ju)民(min)恩格(ge)爾系數從(cong)2012年(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)(de)35.9%下(xia)降至2021年(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)(de)32.7%,下(xia)降3.2個(ge)百(bai)分(fen)點(dian)。居(ju)(ju)民(min)恩格(ge)爾系數的(de)(de)(de)下(xia)降,標(biao)志著居(ju)(ju)民(min)生活(huo)水(shui)平的(de)(de)(de)進一步(bu)提高。

  消費結構優化升級,發展型(xing)享受型(xing)消費日益(yi)提(ti)升。報告分(fen)析,隨著居(ju)民(min)(min)(min)(min)收入水平(ping)提(ti)(ti)高和消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)領域不斷拓(tuo)展,居(ju)民(min)(min)(min)(min)消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)結構(gou)持續(xu)優化升(sheng)級,交(jiao)通出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)行、子女教育、醫療(liao)服務等消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)快(kuai)速增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長,服務性消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)支(zhi)(zhi)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)占(zhan)比(bi)逐步(bu)提(ti)(ti)高。2021年(nian)(nian)全(quan)(quan)國(guo)(guo)居(ju)民(min)(min)(min)(min)人(ren)均(jun)(jun)交(jiao)通通信支(zhi)(zhi)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)3156元(yuan),比(bi)2012年(nian)(nian)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長117.5%,年(nian)(nian)均(jun)(jun)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長9.0%,快(kuai)于(yu)全(quan)(quan)國(guo)(guo)居(ju)民(min)(min)(min)(min)人(ren)均(jun)(jun)消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)支(zhi)(zhi)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)年(nian)(nian)均(jun)(jun)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)速1.0個(ge)(ge)百(bai)分點(dian),占(zhan)人(ren)均(jun)(jun)消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)支(zhi)(zhi)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)比(bi)重(zhong)為13.1%,比(bi)2012年(nian)(nian)上升(sheng)1.1個(ge)(ge)百(bai)分點(dian)。2021年(nian)(nian)全(quan)(quan)國(guo)(guo)居(ju)民(min)(min)(min)(min)人(ren)均(jun)(jun)教育文化娛樂支(zhi)(zhi)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)2599元(yuan),比(bi)2012年(nian)(nian)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長106.0%,年(nian)(nian)均(jun)(jun)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長8.4%,快(kuai)于(yu)全(quan)(quan)國(guo)(guo)居(ju)民(min)(min)(min)(min)人(ren)均(jun)(jun)消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)支(zhi)(zhi)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)年(nian)(nian)均(jun)(jun)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)速0.4個(ge)(ge)百(bai)分點(dian),占(zhan)人(ren)均(jun)(jun)消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)支(zhi)(zhi)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)比(bi)重(zhong)為10.8%,比(bi)2012年(nian)(nian)上升(sheng)0.3個(ge)(ge)百(bai)分點(dian)。2021年(nian)(nian)全(quan)(quan)國(guo)(guo)居(ju)民(min)(min)(min)(min)人(ren)均(jun)(jun)醫療(liao)保健支(zhi)(zhi)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)2115元(yuan),比(bi)2012年(nian)(nian)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長152.3%,年(nian)(nian)均(jun)(jun)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長10.8%,快(kuai)于(yu)全(quan)(quan)國(guo)(guo)居(ju)民(min)(min)(min)(min)人(ren)均(jun)(jun)消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)支(zhi)(zhi)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)年(nian)(nian)均(jun)(jun)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)速2.8個(ge)(ge)百(bai)分點(dian),占(zhan)人(ren)均(jun)(jun)消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)支(zhi)(zhi)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)比(bi)重(zhong)為8.8%,比(bi)2012年(nian)(nian)上升(sheng)1.8個(ge)(ge)百(bai)分點(dian)。2021年(nian)(nian)全(quan)(quan)國(guo)(guo)居(ju)民(min)(min)(min)(min)人(ren)均(jun)(jun)服務性消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)支(zhi)(zhi)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)占(zhan)人(ren)均(jun)(jun)消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)支(zhi)(zhi)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)比(bi)重(zhong)為44.2%,比(bi)2013年(nian)(nian)提(ti)(ti)高4.5個(ge)(ge)百(bai)分點(dian)。
