國家統計局:經濟回升向好態勢持續鞏固

  中證網訊(記者 連潤)國家統計局12月15日發(fa)布數據顯(xian)示(shi),11月份,各地區各部門著力擴大內(nei)需(xu)、優化(hua)結構、提振信心(xin)、防(fang)范化(hua)解風險,宏觀(guan)調控政策(ce)持(chi)續(xu)發(fa)力顯(xian)效,生產供給穩中有升(sheng),市場(chang)需(xu)求持(chi)續(xu)改善,就業物價總體穩定(ding),民生保障有力有效,轉型升(sheng)級扎(zha)實推進,經濟回升(sheng)向(xiang)好態勢(shi)持(chi)續(xu)鞏固。

  固定(ding)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)平穩增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang),高技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)較快(kuai)。1-11月(yue)(yue)份(fen),全國固定(ding)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(不含(han)農(nong)戶)460814億(yi)元,同比(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)2.9%,與1-10月(yue)(yue)份(fen)持平。分(fen)(fen)領域(yu)看,基礎設(she)施投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)同比(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)5.8%,制(zhi)(zhi)造業(ye)投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)6.3%,房地產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)開(kai)(kai)發投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)下(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)9.4%。全國商(shang)品房銷(xiao)售面積100509萬平方米(mi),同比(bi)(bi)下(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)8.0%;商(shang)品房銷(xiao)售額105318億(yi)元,下(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)5.2%。分(fen)(fen)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)看,第(di)一產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)同比(bi)(bi)下(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)0.2%,第(di)二(er)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)9.0%,第(di)三產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)0.3%。民(min)間投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)下(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)0.5%,扣除房地產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)開(kai)(kai)發投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi),民(min)間投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)同比(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)9.1%。高技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)同比(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)10.5%,其中(zhong)高技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)制(zhi)(zhi)造業(ye)和高技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)服務(wu)業(ye)投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)分(fen)(fen)別增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)10.5%、10.6%。高技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)制(zhi)(zhi)造業(ye)中(zhong),航空、航天器(qi)及設(she)備(bei)制(zhi)(zhi)造業(ye),醫療儀器(qi)設(she)備(bei)及儀器(qi)儀表制(zhi)(zhi)造業(ye)投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)分(fen)(fen)別增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)16.2%、14.8%;高技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)服務(wu)業(ye)中(zhong),專業(ye)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)服務(wu)業(ye)、科技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)成果轉化服務(wu)業(ye)投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)分(fen)(fen)別增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)34.4%、33.6%。11月(yue)(yue)份(fen),固定(ding)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(不含(han)農(nong)戶)環(huan)比(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)0.26%。

  國(guo)(guo)家統計(ji)局(ju)表示,總的來(lai)看,11月份,隨(sui)著各(ge)項(xiang)宏(hong)(hong)觀(guan)政策(ce)發力顯(xian)(xian)效,國(guo)(guo)民經(jing)(jing)濟持(chi)續回升(sheng)向(xiang)好。但也要看到,外部不穩(wen)定(ding)不確(que)定(ding)因素依然較(jiao)多,國(guo)(guo)內需求仍顯(xian)(xian)不足,經(jing)(jing)濟回升(sheng)向(xiang)好基礎仍需鞏(gong)固(gu)。下階段,要堅持(chi)穩(wen)中求進(jin)、以進(jin)促(cu)穩(wen)、先立后破,完整、準確(que)、全面貫徹(che)新發展(zhan)理念,加快構建新發展(zhan)格局(ju),著力推(tui)動高質量發展(zhan),加大宏(hong)(hong)觀(guan)調(diao)控力度,切實(shi)增強經(jing)(jing)濟活力、防范化解風(feng)險、改(gai)善(shan)社會預期(qi),鞏(gong)固(gu)和增強經(jing)(jing)濟回升(sheng)向(xiang)好態勢,持(chi)續推(tui)動經(jing)(jing)濟實(shi)現質的有效提升(sheng)和量的合理增長。
