中國一季度GDP同比增長7.0%創近六年來新低

  初步核算(suan),一季度國內生產(chan)(chan)總(zong)值(zhi)140667億元(yuan)(yuan),按可比價(jia)格計算(suan),同比增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)7.0%。分產(chan)(chan)業(ye)看(kan),第一產(chan)(chan)業(ye)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)值(zhi)7770億元(yuan)(yuan),同比增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)3.2%;第二(er)產(chan)(chan)業(ye)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)值(zhi)60292億元(yuan)(yuan),增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)6.4%;第三產(chan)(chan)業(ye)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)值(zhi)72605億元(yuan)(yuan),增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)7.9%。從環比看(kan),一季度國內生產(chan)(chan)總(zong)值(zhi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)1.3%。

  一、農(nong)業生產形(xing)勢穩定

  根據全(quan)國11萬多農戶種植意向(xiang)調(diao)查(cha),2015年(nian)全(quan)國稻(dao)谷意向(xiang)種植面積增長(chang)0.2%,小麥增長(chang)0.7%,玉(yu)米(mi)增長(chang)1.9%,棉花減少11.2%。目前,主產(chan)區苗情(qing)正常。一季度,豬(zhu)牛羊禽肉(rou)(rou)產(chan)量2315萬噸,同比下降1.4%,其中豬(zhu)肉(rou)(rou)產(chan)量1557萬噸,下降3.1%。

  二、工(gong)業(ye)生(sheng)產增速有所回落(luo)

  一季(ji)度(du),全國規模以上工業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)值按可比價格(ge)計算同(tong)(tong)(tong)比增(zeng)長(chang)6.4%。分經濟類型看(kan)(kan),國有控股(gu)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)值同(tong)(tong)(tong)比增(zeng)長(chang)1.7%,集體企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)增(zeng)長(chang)2.4%,股(gu)份制(zhi)(zhi)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)增(zeng)長(chang)7.4%,外(wai)商(shang)(shang)及(ji)港澳臺(tai)商(shang)(shang)投(tou)資(zi)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)增(zeng)長(chang)4.3%。分三大門類看(kan)(kan),采礦業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)值同(tong)(tong)(tong)比增(zeng)長(chang)3.2%,制(zhi)(zhi)造業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)增(zeng)長(chang)7.2%,電力(li)、熱(re)力(li)、燃(ran)氣及(ji)水生產和供應業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)增(zeng)長(chang)2.3%。分產品(pin)看(kan)(kan),564種(zhong)產品(pin)中(zhong)有333種(zhong)產品(pin)產量同(tong)(tong)(tong)比增(zeng)長(chang)。一季(ji)度(du)規模以上工業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)產銷率達到97.2%。規模以上工業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)實現(xian)出口(kou)交(jiao)貨值26287億(yi)元,同(tong)(tong)(tong)比增(zeng)長(chang)2.9%。3月份,規模以上工業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)值同(tong)(tong)(tong)比增(zeng)長(chang)5.6%,環比增(zeng)長(chang)0.25%。

  1-2月(yue)份(fen),全國規模以(yi)上工業(ye)企業(ye)實現利(li)潤總(zong)額(e)7452億(yi)元,同比下降4.2%。規模以(yi)上工業(ye)企業(ye)每百元主營業(ye)務(wu)收入(ru)中(zhong)的成本(ben)為85.55元,主營業(ye)務(wu)收入(ru)利(li)潤率為4.9%。

  三(san)、固定資(zi)產投資(zi)增(zeng)速有所(suo)放緩

  一(yi)季(ji)度,固定資(zi)(zi)(zi)產(chan)(chan)投(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(不含農戶)77511億(yi)(yi)(yi)元(yuan),同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)名義增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)13.5%(扣除價格(ge)因(yin)素實際增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)14.5%)。其(qi)中,國(guo)有控股投(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)23611億(yi)(yi)(yi)元(yuan),增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)14.4%;民間投(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)50349億(yi)(yi)(yi)元(yuan),增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)13.6%,占全部投(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)的比(bi)重為65%。分產(chan)(chan)業看,第(di)一(yi)產(chan)(chan)業投(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)1553億(yi)(yi)(yi)元(yuan),同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)32.8%;第(di)二產(chan)(chan)業投(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)31361億(yi)(yi)(yi)元(yuan),增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)11.0%;第(di)三產(chan)(chan)業投(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)44597億(yi)(yi)(yi)元(yuan),增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)14.7%。從(cong)到(dao)(dao)位資(zi)(zi)(zi)金情況看,一(yi)季(ji)度到(dao)(dao)位資(zi)(zi)(zi)金102672億(yi)(yi)(yi)元(yuan),同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)6.8%。其(qi)中,國(guo)家(jia)預算資(zi)(zi)(zi)金增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)11.0%,國(guo)內貸(dai)款下(xia)降(jiang)3.7%,自籌(chou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)金增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)11.3%,利用外資(zi)(zi)(zi)下(xia)降(jiang)33.5%。一(yi)季(ji)度新開工項目計劃總投(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)58372億(yi)(yi)(yi)元(yuan),同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)6.1%。從(cong)環比(bi)看,3月(yue)份固定資(zi)(zi)(zi)產(chan)(chan)投(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(不含農戶)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)1.04%。

  一(yi)季(ji)度,全國(guo)房(fang)(fang)地(di)產開(kai)(kai)(kai)發投(tou)資16651億(yi)元(yuan),同(tong)比(bi)名義增長(chang)8.5%(扣(kou)除價格因素實際增長(chang)9.5%),其中(zhong)住宅(zhai)(zhai)投(tou)資增長(chang)5.9%。房(fang)(fang)屋新(xin)開(kai)(kai)(kai)工面積(ji)23724萬平方(fang)米,同(tong)比(bi)下(xia)降18.4%,其中(zhong)住宅(zhai)(zhai)新(xin)開(kai)(kai)(kai)工面積(ji)下(xia)降20.9%。全國(guo)商(shang)品房(fang)(fang)銷售(shou)面積(ji)18254萬平方(fang)米,同(tong)比(bi)下(xia)降9.2%,其中(zhong)住宅(zhai)(zhai)銷售(shou)面積(ji)下(xia)降9.8%。全國(guo)商(shang)品房(fang)(fang)銷售(shou)額(e)12023億(yi)元(yuan),同(tong)比(bi)下(xia)降9.3%,其中(zhong)住宅(zhai)(zhai)銷售(shou)額(e)下(xia)降9.1%。房(fang)(fang)地(di)產開(kai)(kai)(kai)發企業土地(di)購置面積(ji)4051萬平方(fang)米,同(tong)比(bi)下(xia)降32.4%。3月末,全國(guo)商(shang)品房(fang)(fang)待(dai)售(shou)面積(ji)64998萬平方(fang)米,同(tong)比(bi)增長(chang)24.6%。一(yi)季(ji)度,房(fang)(fang)地(di)產開(kai)(kai)(kai)發企業到位資金27892億(yi)元(yuan),同(tong)比(bi)下(xia)降2.9%。

  四、市場(chang)銷售(shou)穩定增長(chang)

  一季(ji)度,社(she)會消費(fei)品(pin)零(ling)(ling)售(shou)(shou)(shou)總額(e)70715億(yi)(yi)元(yuan)(yuan),同(tong)比(bi)名(ming)義增(zeng)長(chang)10.6%(扣(kou)除價格因素(su)實際增(zeng)長(chang)10.8%)。其中,限(xian)(xian)額(e)以(yi)(yi)上(shang)單位(wei)消費(fei)品(pin)零(ling)(ling)售(shou)(shou)(shou)額(e)32472億(yi)(yi)元(yuan)(yuan),增(zeng)長(chang)7.8%。按經營單位(wei)所在地分(fen),城(cheng)鎮(zhen)消費(fei)品(pin)零(ling)(ling)售(shou)(shou)(shou)額(e)60709億(yi)(yi)元(yuan)(yuan),同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)10.4%,鄉村消費(fei)品(pin)零(ling)(ling)售(shou)(shou)(shou)額(e)10007億(yi)(yi)元(yuan)(yuan),增(zeng)長(chang)11.6%。按消費(fei)形(xing)態分(fen),餐飲(yin)收(shou)入7458億(yi)(yi)元(yuan)(yuan),同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)11.3%,商品(pin)零(ling)(ling)售(shou)(shou)(shou)63257億(yi)(yi)元(yuan)(yuan),增(zeng)長(chang)10.5%,其中限(xian)(xian)額(e)以(yi)(yi)上(shang)單位(wei)商品(pin)零(ling)(ling)售(shou)(shou)(shou)30534億(yi)(yi)元(yuan)(yuan),增(zeng)長(chang)7.8%。3月份,社(she)會消費(fei)品(pin)零(ling)(ling)售(shou)(shou)(shou)總額(e)同(tong)比(bi)名(ming)義增(zeng)長(chang)10.2%(扣(kou)除價格因素(su)實際增(zeng)長(chang)10.2%),環比(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)0.71%。

  一季度(du),全(quan)國網(wang)上商(shang)品和服(fu)務(wu)零(ling)(ling)(ling)售(shou)額7607億元(yuan),同比增長41.3%。其中,網(wang)上商(shang)品零(ling)(ling)(ling)售(shou)額6310億元(yuan),增長41.0%,占社會消費品零(ling)(ling)(ling)售(shou)總額的比重(zhong)為8.9%;網(wang)上服(fu)務(wu)零(ling)(ling)(ling)售(shou)額1297億元(yuan),增長43.0%。

  五、對外(wai)貿易(yi)順差大幅增(zeng)加

  一季(ji)度(du),進出(chu)口總額55433億(yi)元人(ren)(ren)民(min)幣(bi)(bi)(bi),同比下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)6.0%。其(qi)中(zhong),出(chu)口31493億(yi)元人(ren)(ren)民(min)幣(bi)(bi)(bi),增長4.9%;進口23940億(yi)元人(ren)(ren)民(min)幣(bi)(bi)(bi),下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)17.3%。進出(chu)口相(xiang)抵,順差7553億(yi)元人(ren)(ren)民(min)幣(bi)(bi)(bi)。3月份,進出(chu)口總額17555億(yi)元人(ren)(ren)民(min)幣(bi)(bi)(bi),同比下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)13.5%。其(qi)中(zhong),出(chu)口8868億(yi)元人(ren)(ren)民(min)幣(bi)(bi)(bi),下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)14.6%;進口8687億(yi)元人(ren)(ren)民(min)幣(bi)(bi)(bi),下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)12.3%。

  六、價(jia)格水平低(di)位運行

  七、居民收入繼續增加(jia)

  根據城鄉(xiang)一體化(hua)住戶調查,一季(ji)度全國居(ju)民人(ren)均(jun)可(ke)(ke)支(zhi)(zhi)配收入6087元,同(tong)(tong)比名義(yi)增長(chang)(chang)9.4%,扣除價格(ge)因素實(shi)際(ji)增長(chang)(chang)8.1%。按常住地分(fen),城鎮(zhen)居(ju)民人(ren)均(jun)可(ke)(ke)支(zhi)(zhi)配收入8572元,同(tong)(tong)比名義(yi)增長(chang)(chang)8.3%,扣除價格(ge)因素實(shi)際(ji)增長(chang)(chang)7.0%;農村居(ju)民人(ren)均(jun)可(ke)(ke)支(zhi)(zhi)配收入3279元,同(tong)(tong)比名義(yi)增長(chang)(chang)10.0%,扣除價格(ge)因素實(shi)際(ji)增長(chang)(chang)8.9%。全國居(ju)民人(ren)均(jun)可(ke)(ke)支(zhi)(zhi)配收入中位數5216元,同(tong)(tong)比名義(yi)增長(chang)(chang)11.1%。2月末,農村外(wai)出務(wu)工(gong)勞動力(li)總量16331萬(wan)人(ren),同(tong)(tong)比減少(shao)602萬(wan)人(ren),下降3.6%。外(wai)出務(wu)工(gong)勞動力(li)月均(jun)收入3000元,同(tong)(tong)比增長(chang)(chang)11.9%。

  八(ba)、結構調整穩步推(tui)進(jin)

  產業(ye)結構(gou)更趨優化。一(yi)季度(du)(du),第三(san)產業(ye)增(zeng)加值占國內(nei)生產總(zong)值的比重為(wei)51.6%,比上(shang)年(nian)同(tong)期(qi)提高1.8個(ge)百(bai)分點,高于第二產業(ye)8.7個(ge)百(bai)分點。工業(ye)內(nei)部創新升級(ji)步(bu)伐(fa)加快。一(yi)季度(du)(du),高技術(shu)產業(ye)增(zeng)加值同(tong)比增(zeng)長11.4%,裝備制造業(ye)增(zeng)長7.7%,增(zeng)速分別比規模以上(shang)工業(ye)快5.0和(he)1.3個(ge)百(bai)分點。城鄉居(ju)民收入(ru)差距進(jin)一(yi)步(bu)縮小。一(yi)季度(du)(du),農村(cun)居(ju)民人均可支(zhi)配(pei)收入(ru)實際增(zeng)速快于城鎮居(ju)民人均可支(zhi)配(pei)收入(ru)1.9個(ge)百(bai)分點,城鄉居(ju)民人均可支(zhi)配(pei)收入(ru)倍差2.61,比上(shang)年(nian)同(tong)期(qi)縮小0.05。節能降耗(hao)(hao)繼續取得(de)新進(jin)展(zhan)。一(yi)季度(du)(du),單位國內(nei)生產總(zong)值能耗(hao)(hao)同(tong)比下降5.6%。

  九、貨幣信貸平穩增長

  3月末,廣義(yi)貨幣(bi)(M2)余(yu)(yu)額127.53萬(wan)億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan),同(tong)比增(zeng)長11.6%,狹(xia)義(yi)貨幣(bi)(M1)余(yu)(yu)額33.72萬(wan)億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan),增(zeng)長2.9%,流(liu)通中(zhong)貨幣(bi)(M0)余(yu)(yu)額6.2萬(wan)億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan),增(zeng)長6.2%。3月末,人(ren)民(min)幣(bi)貸款余(yu)(yu)額85.91萬(wan)億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan),人(ren)民(min)幣(bi)存款余(yu)(yu)額124.89萬(wan)億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan)。一(yi)季度(du)(du)新(xin)增(zeng)人(ren)民(min)幣(bi)貸款3.68萬(wan)億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan),同(tong)比多增(zeng)6018億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan),新(xin)增(zeng)人(ren)民(min)幣(bi)存款4.15萬(wan)億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan),同(tong)比少(shao)增(zeng)1.64萬(wan)億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan)。一(yi)季度(du)(du),社會融資(zi)規模為4.61萬(wan)億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan),同(tong)比減少(shao)8949億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan)。
