中國中車2019年營收凈利雙增 綜合毛利率創上市以來新高

  中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)證(zheng)網訊(記者 郭新志(zhi))受益于城軌與城市基礎設施(shi)、新產業(ye)等業(ye)務板塊穩步(bu)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)車2019年(nian)營(ying)收、凈利(li)雙增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)。3月30日晚間(jian),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)車披(pi)露的2019年(nian)年(nian)報顯示(shi),2019年(nian),公(gong)司實現營(ying)業(ye)收入2290.10億(yi)元,同比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長4.53%;實現歸(gui)屬于上(shang)市公(gong)司股(gu)東(dong)(dong)的凈利(li)潤117.95億(yi)元,同比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長4.33%。公(gong)司擬(ni)向全(quan)體股(gu)東(dong)(dong)每10股(gu)派(pai)發現金紅利(li)人(ren)民(min)幣1.5元(含(han)稅(shui))。

  分區域(yu)來看,中國(guo)內(nei)(nei)地(di)市場仍是(shi)中國(guo)中車的(de)“主戰場”。2019年,公司在中國(guo)內(nei)(nei)地(di)的(de)營業收入為(wei)(wei)2091.44億元,同比(bi)增加(jia)4.72%;其(qi)他國(guo)家或地(di)區的(de)營收為(wei)(wei)198.67億元,同比(bi)增加(jia)2.58%。從成(cheng)本端來看,公司營業成(cheng)本為(wei)(wei)1761.50億元,同比(bi)增加(jia)3.30%;除人工成(cheng)本下降外,其(qi)他如直接材料(liao)、制造(zao)費用等(deng)成(cheng)本均上漲。

  期(qi)間費(fei)用(yong)方面(mian),報告期(qi)內,公司銷售費(fei)用(yong)為85.16億(yi)(yi)元,同比增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)9.95%,主要是(shi)預(yu)計產品質(zhi)量保證準備增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)所致;管(guan)理(li)費(fei)用(yong)144.45億(yi)(yi)元,同比增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)7.55%,主要是(shi)職(zhi)工薪酬增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)所致;財務(wu)費(fei)用(yong)3.73億(yi)(yi)元,同比減少70.83%,主要是(shi)利息支出(chu)和(he)匯兌損(sun)失減少所致。

  研(yan)(yan)發投(tou)入(ru)(ru)(ru)方面,2019年,公(gong)司研(yan)(yan)發投(tou)入(ru)(ru)(ru)共122.65億元,占營(ying)業收入(ru)(ru)(ru)5.36%。報告期內,公(gong)司啟動(dong)實施(shi)2個國(guo)家(jia)關鍵(jian)技(ji)術(shu)攻(gong)關項(xiang)(xiang)目,成立項(xiang)(xiang)目聯合推進辦公(gong)室,探索技(ji)術(shu)就緒度(du)評估(TRL)管理(li)模(mo)式;持續推進國(guo)家(jia)先(xian)進軌(gui)(gui)道(dao)交通(tong)11個專項(xiang)(xiang)項(xiang)(xiang)目研(yan)(yan)究,項(xiang)(xiang)目進展順(shun)利;機(ji)車(che)、貨車(che)、城(cheng)軌(gui)(gui)車(che)輛等(deng)軌(gui)(gui)道(dao)交通(tong)新(xin)產品、關鍵(jian)系(xi)統和零部件研(yan)(yan)發項(xiang)(xiang)目穩步推進;全力推動(dong)新(xin)材料、智(zhi)能產品、智(zhi)能制造(zao)等(deng)領域前瞻基礎及(ji)共性技(ji)術(shu)研(yan)(yan)究和跨(kua)越式創新(xin)。

  現(xian)金(jin)流(liu)方(fang)面,報告期(qi)(qi)(qi)內,公司經(jing)營活(huo)動(dong)產(chan)生的(de)現(xian)金(jin)凈(jing)(jing)(jing)流(liu)量為凈(jing)(jing)(jing)流(liu)入225.31億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),凈(jing)(jing)(jing)流(liu)入量較(jiao)上年(nian)同期(qi)(qi)(qi)增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)36.61億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),主要是(shi)報告期(qi)(qi)(qi)內購(gou)買商品、接受勞務支付的(de)現(xian)金(jin)較(jiao)上年(nian)同期(qi)(qi)(qi)減少所致(zhi);投(tou)資(zi)活(huo)動(dong)產(chan)生的(de)現(xian)金(jin)凈(jing)(jing)(jing)流(liu)量為凈(jing)(jing)(jing)流(liu)出45.69億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),凈(jing)(jing)(jing)流(liu)出量較(jiao)上年(nian)同期(qi)(qi)(qi)增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)2.36億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),主要是(shi)報告期(qi)(qi)(qi)內投(tou)資(zi)支付的(de)現(xian)金(jin)增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)所致(zhi);籌(chou)資(zi)活(huo)動(dong)產(chan)生現(xian)金(jin)凈(jing)(jing)(jing)流(liu)量為凈(jing)(jing)(jing)流(liu)出126.93億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),凈(jing)(jing)(jing)流(liu)出量較(jiao)上年(nian)同期(qi)(qi)(qi)減少192.71億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),主要是(shi)取得借款及發行債(zhai)券收到(dao)的(de)現(xian)金(jin)增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)所致(zhi)。2019年(nian)末,公司資(zi)產(chan)負(fu)債(zhai)率為58.59%,比(bi)年(nian)初增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)0.46個百分(fen)點。

  2019年末(mo),中國中車(che)應(ying)收(shou)票據和應(ying)收(shou)賬(zhang)款合計739.58億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),同比(bi)(bi)減少7.18%;應(ying)收(shou)款項融資130.86億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),同比(bi)(bi)增加(jia)(jia)(jia)147.94%;存(cun)貨608.34億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),同比(bi)(bi)增加(jia)(jia)(jia)10.36%。截至報(bao)告期(qi)末(mo),公司(si)(si)長期(qi)股(gu)權投資為155.71億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),比(bi)(bi)年初增加(jia)(jia)(jia)18.05億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),漲(zhang)幅為13.11%,主要是公司(si)(si)當期(qi)追加(jia)(jia)(jia)合營、聯營企業(ye)投資11.80億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),以及子公司(si)(si)變更(geng)為合營、聯營企業(ye)導(dao)致長期(qi)股(gu)權投資增加(jia)(jia)(jia)4.85億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。

  訂(ding)單方面(mian),報告期內,中國中車新增市場訂(ding)單2923億元,其中海外訂(ding)單481億元,公司在手訂(ding)單金額為2571億元。

  報(bao)告期內,中國(guo)中車(che)認真落實供給(gei)側(ce)結構性改革,嚴(yan)格控制傳統產(chan)(chan)品(pin)新(xin)增(zeng)產(chan)(chan)能。截(jie)至2019年底,中國(guo)中車(che)主要產(chan)(chan)品(pin)的(de)產(chan)(chan)能為:動車(che)組(zu)(zu)新(xin)造(zao)547組(zu)(zu)/年,機車(che)新(xin)造(zao)1530臺/年,車(che)新(xin)造(zao)2300輛/年,貨(huo)車(che)新(xin)造(zao)5.15萬輛/年,城軌車(che)輛總組(zu)(zu)裝(zhuang)(含地鐵(tie)、有軌電車(che)、單(dan)軌、中低速磁(ci)浮)11,840輛/年。

  中國中車(che)(che)表(biao)示,未來一段(duan)時期,公(gong)司將繼續落(luo)實供給(gei)側結構性改革,嚴格控制新增(zeng)(zeng)動(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)組(zu)(zu)、機(ji)車(che)(che)、客(ke)車(che)(che)、貨車(che)(che)新造、城(cheng)(cheng)軌車(che)(che)輛(liang)總(zong)組(zu)(zu)裝產能(neng),圍繞“國際化、調結構、優產能(neng)”的目標,積極(ji)應(ying)對動(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)組(zu)(zu)、城(cheng)(cheng)軌車(che)(che)輛(liang)、大功率交流傳動(dong)(dong)機(ji)車(che)(che)修(xiu)理業務(wu)的增(zeng)(zeng)長,大力(li)推動(dong)(dong)動(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)組(zu)(zu)、城(cheng)(cheng)軌車(che)(che)輛(liang)、機(ji)車(che)(che)“修(xiu)造一體化”,促使修(xiu)理與(yu)新造資(zi)源(yuan)共享(xiang),進一步提高動(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)組(zu)(zu)、城(cheng)(cheng)軌車(che)(che)輛(liang)和(he)機(ji)車(che)(che)的新造產能(neng)利用率。
