平臺業績“高歌猛進” 國內旅游業強勁復蘇

  6月8日,攜程(cheng)集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)披露今年(nian)第一(yi)季度財(cai)報,至此國(guo)內兩(liang)大在(zai)線(xian)旅游(you)平臺一(yi)季度業績出齊。具體來看,攜程(cheng)集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)凈營業收(shou)入為92億(yi)元,同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長124%;同(tong)程(cheng)旅行實現營收(shou)25.9億(yi)元,同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長50.5%。利(li)潤端,攜程(cheng)集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)大幅扭虧,凈利(li)潤升至34億(yi)元;同(tong)程(cheng)旅行經調整凈利(li)潤為5億(yi)元,同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長105.6%。

  相關公司高管分析稱,今年一(yi)(yi)季(ji)度國內和出境旅游(you)(you)業(ye)務的快速增長,體現了我國經濟不斷增長的韌性。今年“五(wu)一(yi)(yi)”假期的強勁反彈,也顯(xian)示出旅游(you)(you)熱情高漲的趨(qu)勢,再次提振了市(shi)場對我國旅游(you)(you)行業(ye)的信(xin)心(xin)。

  核心指標修復

  隨(sui)著國內疫情防(fang)控政(zheng)策的優(you)化調整,國內旅(lv)游市場迎來嶄新局面。

  文化和旅游(you)(you)部公布的數據顯示,第一(yi)季度,我國國內(nei)旅游(you)(you)總人次達12.16億(yi),同比(bi)增(zeng)長46.5%;國內(nei)旅游(you)(you)收入(ru)達1.3萬億(yi)元,同比(bi)增(zeng)長69.5%。全國旅游(you)(you)收入(ru)復蘇明顯快于旅游(you)(you)人次,折射出大眾旅游(you)(you)消(xiao)費升級的新趨勢。

  得益于(yu)此,在線旅(lv)游平臺的(de)主(zhu)營業(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)出現大幅(fu)反彈。今年一(yi)季(ji)度(du),攜程集(ji)團住(zhu)宿預(yu)訂收(shou)(shou)入為(wei)(wei)35億(yi)元(yuan),同(tong)(tong)比增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)140%;交(jiao)通票務(wu)(wu)(wu)收(shou)(shou)入為(wei)(wei)42億(yi)元(yuan),同(tong)(tong)比增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)150%;旅(lv)游度(du)假業(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)收(shou)(shou)入為(wei)(wei)3.86億(yi)元(yuan),同(tong)(tong)比增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)211%;商旅(lv)管理業(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)收(shou)(shou)入為(wei)(wei)4.45億(yi)元(yuan),同(tong)(tong)比增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)100%。聚焦國內(nei)市(shi)場,今年一(yi)季(ji)度(du),攜程集(ji)團國內(nei)本地酒店預(yu)訂量較2019年同(tong)(tong)期增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)150%。

  同(tong)期,同(tong)程旅行的交通票務(wu)(wu)服務(wu)(wu)收(shou)(shou)入(ru)同(tong)比增長35.9%至(zhi)13.83億元的新(xin)(xin)高(gao)(gao),其中機票票量相比2019年同(tong)期增長超過35%。住宿業務(wu)(wu)收(shou)(shou)入(ru)同(tong)比增長53.6%至(zhi)8.34億元的新(xin)(xin)高(gao)(gao),其中酒店間夜數創下歷史新(xin)(xin)高(gao)(gao),較2019年同(tong)期增長超過130%。

  圍繞(rao)“基(ji)本功(gong)”,在(zai)線旅(lv)(lv)游平(ping)臺各有側(ce)重。今年以來,以一站式旅(lv)(lv)行服務(wu)體(ti)系為(wei)依托,攜(xie)(xie)程(cheng)集(ji)團(tuan)“旅(lv)(lv)游營(ying)銷樞紐”繼續保持(chi)高效(xiao)運轉,在(zai)市場(chang)復蘇中與合作伙伴(ban)(ban)共(gong)創增(zeng)量價值(zhi)。今年一季度,攜(xie)(xie)程(cheng)集(ji)團(tuan)“聯合會(hui)員計劃”新增(zeng)合作酒店(dian)數(shu)量同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)近六成(cheng);累(lei)計為(wei)會(hui)籍互相匹配的酒店(dian)輸送(song)店(dian)內服務(wu)用戶(hu)數(shu)超2000萬人次,并為(wei)酒店(dian)節約營(ying)銷成(cheng)本近4000萬元。通(tong)過機票和酒店(dian)的交叉營(ying)銷推薦,攜(xie)(xie)程(cheng)集(ji)團(tuan)為(wei)酒店(dian)合作伙伴(ban)(ban)帶來的新用戶(hu)增(zeng)量同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)超1倍,訂單增(zeng)量同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)超2倍,交易額(e)增(zeng)量同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)超3倍。

  同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)旅(lv)行(xing)在會員業務層面繼續“高(gao)歌猛進”。今(jin)年(nian)一季度,同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)旅(lv)行(xing)的用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)規模(mo)持(chi)續增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang),再次創下歷史新(xin)高(gao)。其(qi)中(zhong),平(ping)(ping)均(jun)月活躍用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)(MAU)達到(dao)2.9億(yi),同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)比增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)16.9%,較(jiao)(jiao)2019年(nian)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)期增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)43.6%。平(ping)(ping)均(jun)月付(fu)(fu)費(fei)用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)(MPU)達到(dao)4140萬(wan),同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)比增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)30.6%,較(jiao)(jiao)2019年(nian)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)期增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)79.2%。其(qi)中(zhong),同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)旅(lv)行(xing)微(wei)信(xin)平(ping)(ping)臺上約68.7%的新(xin)付(fu)(fu)費(fei)用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)來(lai)自中(zhong)國(guo)非(fei)(fei)一線(xian)(xian)城市(shi)。截至3月31日(ri),同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)旅(lv)行(xing)居住在中(zhong)國(guo)非(fei)(fei)一線(xian)(xian)城市(shi)的注(zhu)冊(ce)用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)約占注(zhu)冊(ce)用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)總(zong)數的86.6%。同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)期,同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)旅(lv)行(xing)平(ping)(ping)均(jun)月付(fu)(fu)費(fei)用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)達到(dao)4140萬(wan),同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)比增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)30.6%,較(jiao)(jiao)2019年(nian)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)期增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)79.2%。

  將延續增長勢頭

  延續一(yi)季度的(de)強勁復(fu)蘇勢(shi)頭,“五一(yi)”假期旅游(you)市場的(de)火(huo)爆,也(ye)為二季度的(de)業績表現打下基礎。

  “五一”假期(qi)(qi),攜程集(ji)團(tuan)平臺的日(ri)均國內酒店(dian)預訂(ding)增長超過70%,國內機票預訂(ding)增長25%;出(chu)境(jing)酒店(dian)和(he)機票預訂(ding)分別恢(hui)復至2019年同(tong)期(qi)(qi)約80%和(he)60%水平;許多熱(re)門目(mu)的地的預訂(ding)在(zai)假期(qi)(qi)期(qi)(qi)間(jian)已完全(quan)恢(hui)復至2019年水平。同(tong)時(shi),即將到來(lai)的暑期(qi)(qi)預訂(ding)也表現出(chu)強勁勢頭(tou)。攜程集(ji)團(tuan)高管團(tuan)隊對今年夏季旅游市場(chang)依舊充滿信(xin)心(xin)。

  同程(cheng)旅(lv)行(xing)的增長(chang)亦較(jiao)為亮(liang)眼。“五一”假期,同程(cheng)旅(lv)行(xing)的酒店間夜和(he)機票預訂量較(jiao)2019年同期分別(bie)增長(chang)超150%和(he)30%。

  展望未來(lai)(lai)市(shi)場表現(xian),同程(cheng)旅(lv)(lv)行管理層表示對中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)旅(lv)(lv)游(you)(you)行業(ye)的(de)未來(lai)(lai)發展感到樂觀。與旅(lv)(lv)游(you)(you)相關的(de)基礎設施將(jiang)顯著(zhu)改善,尤(you)其是在下沉市(shi)場,這(zhe)將(jiang)為(wei)旅(lv)(lv)游(you)(you)業(ye)帶來(lai)(lai)更(geng)多(duo)供應,并為(wei)旅(lv)(lv)客(ke)帶來(lai)(lai)更(geng)多(duo)便(bian)利。過去幾(ji)年,中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)旅(lv)(lv)游(you)(you)業(ye)在艱難時期中(zhong)(zhong)展現(xian)出了韌性。消費者行為(wei)習慣亦從(cong)根(gen)本上發生轉變(bian),例如短途旅(lv)(lv)行或(huo)本地度假越(yue)來(lai)(lai)越(yue)受歡迎,公司(si)認為(wei)這(zhe)將(jiang)繼續為(wei)旅(lv)(lv)游(you)(you)業(ye)帶來(lai)(lai)額(e)外的(de)增(zeng)長(chang)動(dong)力。
