中(zhong)國(guo)國(guo)航(hang)3月(yue)27日(ri)晚披(pi)露年報,2017年公司實現營業收入1213.63億元,同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長7.71%;凈利潤為72.40億元,同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長6.26%。公司擬每10股派(pai)發現金(jin)分(fen)紅1.1497元。股東方面(mian),截至(zhi)2017年12月(yue)31日(ri),證金(jin)公司持(chi)股由去年三季度(du)末的2.65%增(zeng)至(zhi)3.46%,持(chi)有5.02億股,證金(jin)公司已經連續三個(ge)季度(du)加倉(cang)國(guo)航(hang)。
供需兩旺主(zhu)業提升
年(nian)報顯示,2017年(nian)國航實現營業(ye)(ye)收入(ru)(ru)(ru)1213.63億(yi)元(yuan),同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)7.71%。其中,主(zhu)營業(ye)(ye)務(wu)收入(ru)(ru)(ru)為1182.79億(yi)元(yuan),同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)7.59%;客運收入(ru)(ru)(ru)同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)6.37%;貨(huo)運收入(ru)(ru)(ru)同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)23.48%;其他業(ye)(ye)務(wu)收入(ru)(ru)(ru)為30.84億(yi)元(yuan),同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)12.37%。
期內(nei)(nei),國(guo)(guo)航整體運(yun)力(li)投入(ru)(ATK)為356.73億可用(yong)噸(dun)公(gong)(gong)里,同(tong)比(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)5.61%,完成運(yun)輸總周轉量(RTK)253.85億收入(ru)噸(dun)公(gong)(gong)里,同(tong)比(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)7.12%。集(ji)團運(yun)輸旅客1.02億人(ren)次,同(tong)比(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)5.15%。客運(yun)運(yun)力(li)(ASK)達到2478.15億可用(yong)座公(gong)(gong)里,同(tong)比(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)6.26%。其(qi)(qi)中,國(guo)(guo)內(nei)(nei)及國(guo)(guo)際航線同(tong)比(bi)(bi)分別增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)5.88%和7.80%,地(di)區航線同(tong)比(bi)(bi)下降1.99%。旅客周轉量(RPK)達到2010.78億收入(ru)客公(gong)(gong)里,同(tong)比(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)6.87%。其(qi)(qi)中,國(guo)(guo)內(nei)(nei)、國(guo)(guo)際及地(di)區航線同(tong)比(bi)(bi)分別增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)6.16%、8.55%和2.79%。客座率為81.14%,同(tong)比(bi)(bi)上(shang)升0.46個百分點。2017年(nian),本集(ji)團引進飛機(ji)56架,退出飛機(ji)24架,機(ji)隊總規模達到655架,平均機(ji)齡6.53年(nian)。
主要(yao)成本(ben)(ben)變(bian)動方面,營業(ye)成本(ben)(ben)由上(shang)年(nian)同期(qi)的872.03億元(yuan)(yuan)上(shang)升至1002.98億元(yuan)(yuan),增(zeng)幅為(wei)(wei)15.02%,其(qi)中,航空油(you)料成本(ben)(ben)受(shou)用油(you)量增(zeng)加(jia)及航油(you)價格上(shang)漲的影響同比增(zeng)加(jia)64.27億元(yuan)(yuan),增(zeng)幅為(wei)(wei)29.24%。受(shou)益于(yu)人民幣(bi)升值(zhi),期(qi)內國(guo)航實現匯兌凈收益29.38億元(yuan)(yuan)。
國航表示,2017年中(zhong)國航空運輸業客運市(shi)場整體呈現供需兩旺局面,出(chu)境旅游需求持續增(zeng)長,國際航線穩中(zhong)增(zeng)長,貨運市(shi)場出(chu)現回暖(nuan)。在(zai)全行業運力(li)投入高速增(zeng)長的同時(shi),投產效率進(jin)一步(bu)提升(sheng)。
精細管理提(ti)質增效
年報顯(xian)示(shi),國航正穩步(bu)提升營銷能力,加快商業模式轉型(xing)。截至報告期末,常旅客(ke)會員規模超過(guo)5,000萬人(ren),貢(gong)獻收(shou)(shou)入(ru)占比(bi)達到(dao)43.7%,同(tong)比(bi)提高3.8個(ge)百(bai)分(fen)點;改(gai)進移動應用平臺建(jian)設(she),實現銷售(shou)收(shou)(shou)入(ru)50.2億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan),同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長39.4%;深(shen)入(ru)研究旅客(ke)需求,兩艙收(shou)(shou)入(ru)達到(dao)131.1億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan),同(tong)比(bi)提高12.7%;付費(fei)選座(zuo)、預付費(fei)行李產品、登(deng)機口(kou)升艙等附加產品銷售(shou)收(shou)(shou)入(ru)同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長32%。
圍(wei)繞(rao)“互聯網+便捷(jie)交通(tong)(tong)”,全(quan)面(mian)推(tui)廣自(zi)助(zhu)值機、自(zi)助(zhu)改(gai)簽、自(zi)助(zhu)打印行(xing)程單(dan)、全(quan)自(zi)助(zhu)托運行(xing)李(li)等(deng)(deng)產品,建(jian)立全(quan)流(liu)程便捷(jie)旅行(xing)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)模式,持(chi)續改(gai)進(jin)基(ji)礎(chu)設施等(deng)(deng)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)硬件和(he)操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)規范(fan)等(deng)(deng)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)軟(ruan)件,提高服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)品質(zhi)。推(tui)動(dong)大數據應用(yong)和(he)“移動(dong)客艙”建(jian)設,實現(xian)生產信息的及(ji)(ji)時傳遞,打通(tong)(tong)全(quan)流(liu)程服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)信息鏈。以“北京(jing)2022年(nian)冬奧(ao)會(hui)(hui)及(ji)(ji)冬殘奧(ao)會(hui)(hui)”、“2019年(nian)中國(guo)北京(jing)世(shi)界(jie)園藝博覽(lan)會(hui)(hui)”唯一官(guan)方航(hang)空客運服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)合作(zuo)(zuo)伙伴(ban)等(deng)(deng)為(wei)契機,創(chuang)新品牌推(tui)廣。
提(ti)(ti)質增效(xiao)方面,國航以優化寬體(ti)機運(yun)營為(wei)業(ye)績提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)的(de)主要抓(zhua)手,完善成本(ben)管(guan)理體(ti)系,加強成本(ben)過程管(guan)理;積極推動(dong)“降(jiang)杠桿、減負債(zhai)、防(fang)風險”工作,截至(zhi)2017年12月31日資產負債(zhai)率為(wei)59.73%,同比(bi)(bi)(bi)下降(jiang)6.15個百分(fen)點(dian),處(chu)于行(xing)業(ye)較(jiao)優水平;推進開展“提(ti)(ti)直(zhi)降(jiang)代(dai)”、“兩金壓(ya)降(jiang)”和“壓(ya)縮清理管(guan)理層級(ji)”等專(zhuan)項工作。2014年以來(lai),客運(yun)直(zhi)銷比(bi)(bi)(bi)例從26%提(ti)(ti)高到50.9%,代(dai)理手續(xu)費占營銷收入的(de)比(bi)(bi)(bi)例從4.2%降(jiang)低到1.5%,成本(ben)競(jing)爭力(li)持續(xu)得(de)到提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)。
