中證網訊（記者(zhe) 劉麗靚）國家發(fa)改委(wei)1月21日消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)息(xi)，國家發(fa)改委(wei)、工信部(bu)等七部(bu)門近日聯合(he)印發(fa)的(de)《促(cu)進綠(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)色(se)(se)(se)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)費實施方(fang)案(an)》提出(chu)，到2025年(nian)，綠(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)色(se)(se)(se)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)費理念(nian)深入人心，奢侈(chi)浪費得到有效(xiao)遏(e)制，綠(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)色(se)(se)(se)低(di)碳產品市場(chang)占有率大(da)幅提升，重點領(ling)域消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)費綠(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)色(se)(se)(se)轉型取得明顯成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)效(xiao)，綠(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)色(se)(se)(se)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)費方(fang)式得到普遍推(tui)行，綠(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)色(se)(se)(se)低(di)碳循(xun)環發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)費體(ti)系初步形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。到2030年(nian)，綠(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)色(se)(se)(se)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)費方(fang)式成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為公(gong)眾自覺選擇，綠(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)色(se)(se)(se)低(di)碳產品成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為市場(chang)主流(liu)，重點領(ling)域消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)費綠(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)色(se)(se)(se)低(di)碳發(fa)展(zhan)模式基本形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)，綠(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)色(se)(se)(se)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)費制度政策體(ti)系和體(ti)制機制基本健全。
